Wedding Arch Couture

By hiring a wedding arch or back drop you agree to maintain the condition of which it arrives in. Any damages that occur to any hired equipment while in your possession will be charged to the cost of replacement or fixing at the discretion of the owner.

Once equipment has been delivered we take no responsibility for the equipment while we are not present. You are hiring at your own risk. Please ensure guests do not swing on or play near the equipment.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Fully paid bookings will be refunded if cancelled with in a two week time frame prior to the booking. The non refundable booking deposit will be kept.

Bookings are not secured until the booking deposit is paid. Full payment is required two weeks prior to the booking date or the booking will be cancelled.
